ABC analysis - algorithms - Division algorithm assortment items by the ABC method:
- Calculate the annual disbursement (consumption, sale) of each item of inventory
- Sort of uses from largest to smallest.
- Uses aggregate value of all items
- Calculate the share of each item in the total value
- Calculate the cumulative percentages
- Decide to split the class selections ABC
